Bridge Loans are short-term financing solutions, typically ranging from 2 weeks to 3 years, used while awaiting long-term or permanent funding.

- Up to 80% LTV on purchases
- Up to 75% LTV on refinances
- Up to 70% LTV on cash-out refinances
- Base Rate: 8.5%
- Loan Term: 18–24 months
- Payments: Monthly interest with balloon at maturity

- Minimum Credit Score: 660
Fix & Flip
Fix-and-Flip loans are short-term financing options for investors acquiring and improving properties with the goal of selling at a profit or refinancing. Renovations may range from minor upgrades to full reconstruction. The loan is based on the property’s as-is value, with rehab funds released in construction draws as work progresses.

DSCR / Rental
DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans provide long-term financing based on property income rather than personal income. Perfect for long-term rentals, including short-term rentals like Airbnb.

- Rates: Starting at 5.99%
- Loan Term: 5/6 ARM, 7/6 ARM, 15-Year Fixed, 30-Year Fixed
